At Henry & Amelia London, we strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not fully satisfied, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns may be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request can only be submitted after the item has been successfully delivered
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Items may only be tried on for fit — no signs of use are allowed
⚠️ The following are not eligible for return:
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Returns sent without prior approval
- Orders where multiple sizes/variants were intentionally purchased for return purposes
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and not refunded.

Please note:
- Returns must be sent to our designated fulfilment centre, which may be located internationally
- All return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer
- This includes shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method with proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The returned item has been received and inspected
- The item meets all return conditions
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Liability & Delivery
Once tracking indicates that an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Henry & Amelia London is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes after this period cannot be guaranteed.
